"Walking with Matthew: the World of Jesus in Ancient Palestine” is the title of our next Adult Ed offering. Join us as we explore the world of Matthew and his gospel. With his focus audience of Jews living in the convulsive and conflicted world of various cultures and social norms of ancient Palestine, Matthew presents a detailed defense of why people of “The Way,” should be recognized as a legitimate branch of Jessie’s tree. The class will meet Wednesdays on Nov. 6, 13 and 20, at 10 AM and 6:30 PM. Put on your walking shoes and join us as we look at the gospel that will be the source of our lectionary throughout the coming Church Year.
